Dry Cured

We offer a wide range of dry curd products, including streaky bacon, back bacon, and gammon, in a variety of sizes and packaging options to suit the needs of our customers. Our dry cure bacon “Bacon as it should be” is considered one of the best dry cured products available in the market.  Once customers have tried it they ask for it by name. We take great care in the curing process, hand-rubbing our bacon with a special blend of seasoning and spices and allowing it to cure for 7 days.
